The appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In consideration to stylist's hours and other clients we ask for a minimum of 48hr notice before for re-booking or canceling. You can re-book or cancel via e-mail or by calling. Please know that you may incur a cancellation fee for same day cancellations or no-shows. We are a community; booking and not showing impacts our community we've worked so hard to build. Thank You for your consideration and understanding.
